Governance

All Members actively participate in the organization’s governance.

At ICRMA, we believe in the power of collaboration and member involvement.  To facilitate this, we ensure that every ICRMA member has a seat on the Board of Directors. This means that our members have a direct say in the decision-making process and can actively contribute to the business of the ICRMA.

The Board of Directors has a regular meeting schedule to ensure that our members are kept informed and have the opportunity to participate in shaping the direction of ICRMA.

In addition to the Board of Directors, we have also established a Claims Committee. This committee is comprised of representatives from ICRMA's Board of Directors and meets quarterly. The Claims Committee has been delegated with the authority to handle specific claims-related matters.

By involving our members in the decision-making process through the Board of Directors and the Claims Committee, we ensure that their voices are heard and their interests are represented. This collaborative approach not only strengthens our relationship with our members but also fosters a sense of ownership and accountability within the organization.

Through our sound marketing efforts, we highlight the importance of member involvement and the value we place on their contributions. By emphasizing the role of our members in the governance of ICRMA, we demonstrate our commitment to transparency, inclusivity, and effective decision-making.
