ICRMA’s Cyber Liability program provides First party and Third-Party coverages for our members. It provides coverage for the unintentional loss of others’ protected information.
Coverage extends to the loss of data through cyber/electronic means but is also broad enough to cover the loss of data stored in non-electronic formats, such as paper files. Participation in the Cyber Liability Program is a condition of membership in ICRMA.
