Zywave's resource center and learning management system offer an extensive library of engaging training modules. Among other useful applications, you'll find an Employee Handbook builder and workplace harassment prevention resources tailored to California.
ICRMA members can access Zywave online EPL resources at icrma.portal.zywave.com or call the Client Services Team at (877) 568-6655.
Ergonomic Self-assessments
Members have access to Enviance for self - assessments (indicate you are a member in the Company Name box by typing ICRMA: City of [city name]).
Pre-employment Physicals
ICRMA contracts with Occu-Med to provide pre-placement employee medical evaluations, fitness for duty evaluations and ancillary services. These services are available to all ICRMA members.
Workers' Safety
Safety National provides online Workers’ Compensation trainings and resources, collectively called MAP Client Services. These include Safety Essentials Online, Workers’ Comp Kit, Safety Training Source, Safety: Emergency Responder Vehicle Education (S:ERVE), a Distracted Driving Course, and Office Ergonomic Solutions.
